That's So Clean by Chlo is a cleaning service company website designed to help new and existing clients book a cleaning for their home with ease and confidence!
My Role:
My role with the website was to help design and organize the layout itself, and conduct usability testing with 5 participants to help me better understand how to make a quick and easy website for booking house cleaning services, and what I could add to it and or change.
Research Insights:
So far, I have found that users like quick and easy processes when it comes to booking a service such as cleaning services. Users also like the straightforward descriptions and information such as cancellation policies so they know what they are signing up for.

Create a website for a company such as "That's So Clean by Chlo" that helps them stand out from the rest of the competition, and how might we design for users who want a quick, easy and trustworthy process for booking a cleaning service?
